Our agents receive incoming calls. NO TELEMARKETING INVOLVED. You choose and pay for the training of the company that you would like to work for and schedule as many hours and days to fit your needs.
Requirements
If you are in the United States or Canda, you can service clients with us. Registrations are not accepted from: (CA, CO, CT, DC, IL, MD, MA, MN, NJ, NY, OR, PA, VT, WA, WI). This includes the District of Columbia. Additionally, the Arise® Platform is not currently available in US territories, including Puerto Rico and the US Virgin Islands
You Will Need…
- A Quiet Work Area
- A Computer (must be hard-wired, no Wi-Fi permitted)
- High-Speed Internet
- USB Headset
- Two Monitors
- ***Laptops are acceptable, but you must disable the wi-fi and connect via an ethernet cable for servicing.
- ***Most clients
no longer require a phone line. If the opportunity states, “Hardwired USB headset with phone quality audio required” you’ll be able to take calls through your computer.
